The Université de Montréal is the custodian of a large art collection, including some 40 works of public art by renowned Québec artists. In 2010, seeking to draw attention to and valorize these works exhibited in public spaces on the campus, the university decided to highlight them with a large-scale virtual exhibition and discovery tours.
