The Fleming Mill is one of Québec’s last eighteen remaining windmills. The renewal of the interpretation experience sought to highlight the archaeological vestiges and the mill’s history, and is deployed over three distinct areas of the site.

The unifying theme for the site’s content is winds of change; through this lens the exhibit focuses on the social, cultural, political, economic and technological evolutions that the site witnessed and in which the miller Fleming played a role.
